Driving through Grand Junction, on a long road trip, our car developed a brake problem. Brian Burford, the owner of the shop, met us personally, diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the part and had it delivered to the shop, and installed it right away. He had us back on the road in the shortest possible time, and charged a very reasonable fee. I can't recommend this shop highly enough. Thanks Brian for your outstanding customer service!

Our van broke down while we were on vacation from CA. I called Zarlingo's after they closed for the evening and left a message. I also completed an online appointment request. They called me first thing the following morning and diagnosed our van within 2 hours. They even gave my husband a ride to pick up a rental van since our repair would be on hold until the part arrived a week later. They worked closely with us to let us know when the part would arrive and installed the new transmission promptly. The van rides very well now. We were very happy with the service, communication, and workmanship Zarlingo's provided us.

Great place, we called as we were passing through town on our way to Tulsa and they tried everything to get us in that day. He was very courteous and understanding. We didnt get to use the shop due to timing so I can't speak to their workmanship but as far as their customer service they were great. I ended up just replacing the 02 sensor myself which was not fun but made more sense due to timing issues. Thanks again for your understanding and kindness as we were passing through. Blessings!

Zarlingo's in simply the best automotive service anywhere! The whole team is very friendly and professional which can be difficult to find when looking for a repair shop. Sarah is very nice and responsive, and is sure to clearly explain the service estimates. Mike and Brian are both very experienced and extremely skilled technicians that can diagnose and fix anything. I have brought my vehicles to Zarlingo's for a variety of repairs including alignment, brakes, engine, electrical issues and others. I am able to handle a few smaller repair projects on my own but whenever I have a project that is too complicated to tackle or when I can't seem to figure out an issue, I bring my vehicle to Zarlingo's. It amazes me how quick the team will diagnose the problem and provide me with a fair estimate. Mike is sure to do the job properly and never cut corners. It is very evident that Zarlingo's is not out to make a quick buck off anyone but rather to provide the honest and exceptional service that maintains life-long customers. The team is never trying to recommend unnecessary services but rather explains to me exactly what is needed to make sure my vehicles are reliable and safe. When I go to Zarlingo's I know that the job will be done right with quality parts. I cannot speak highly enough of the team Zarlingo's and I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

I am so grateful to have found Brian and his staff. I had trouble with my Power Steering pump years ago, in another town. I paid quite a bit and they could never fix it so I kinda gave up and lived with it. When it started really making noise I took it to Zarlingos. They gave me a very reasonable quote to replace it did it quickly for that exact price. It works perfect. I am so relieved. Wish I had brought it to them the first time.

I was driving from Nebraska to California and stopped for the evening in Grand Junction. When I stepped out of my truck, I heard the valve stem leaking really badly. I had my 3 kids and wife with me, so I was really in a pinch. I stopped in and explained my dilemma. Sarah at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, she had Brian (the owner) come talk to me. Within minutes, he walked out to my truck with me, explained to me what was going on, and without hesitation squeezed me in a very busy shop for the quick repair needed to continue my journey. I can't tell Brian and his team how much I appreciated them, they really saved us in a tight spot and couldn't of been more friendly and helpful. Can't speak highly enough of Zarlingo's. All the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. the shop and waiting room were immaculate, every shop could take a lesson from the Zarlingo's crew. Genuinely one of the nicest shops I've been to. I had no qualms about jumping back on the road immediately for another 15 hours of driving after their repairs.

Zarlingo's took great car of me and my truck, and their quote seemed super honest and fair. I couldn't be happier. I had a wheel fall off while driving in the middle of the night, while on a road trip. Zarlingo's was the nearest AAA garage, so I had it towed there. Not only did the tow truck driver give them a spontaneous glowing review, so did both Uber drivers (the one that picked me up and another that dropped me off when it was done). They were true to their reputation. It happened right before thanksgiving, so it took a few days for them to look at it, but once they did, they gave me a very fair quote right away, and had parts the next morning and repaired by the end of the day. As someone from out of town with a serious mechanical issue, it would be easy for a repair shop to take advantage of me. They were the exact opposite of that - friendly, honest, fair, and fast. Can't recommend them enough.
